Sting Studio
Loyalty Program Policy

At Sting Studio, we value our clients loyalty and strive to reward them for their continued support. Our loyalty program is designed to show appreciation for our customers and enhance their tattooing experience and relationship with their artist(s). Below are the terms and conditions of our loyalty program:​

1. Stinger points:

  • The number of Stingers earned per dollar is 10 Stingers. Therefore, 10 dollars is 100 Stingers, 100 dollars is 1000 Stingers, and so on.

  • Stinger Points are non-transferable, non-giftable, and do not expire.

2. DIFFERENT METHODS OF EARNING STINGER POINTS:

A. By default (Spending)

  • Clients will earn Stinger points for every completed tattoo session at Sting Studio.

  • Stingers will be given based on the dollar cost of the tattoo session, excluding taxes.


B. By participating in our events online and in-house

  • We will have events both off and online where we will award Stingers for participating

  • These events each vary in their rules and regulations as to what counts as participation

  • Some events will involve games, contests and promotions, others just to socialize

  • The amount of Stinger given varies by each event individually and will be made clear when that event is announced

C. By leaving us a positive review

  • Clients who leave us a positive review on Google will receive 500 Stinger points

D. Make sure to let us know

  • Clients must contact us and let us know if you participated in any of the methods stated above and provide proof if loyalty points aren't received after completion.​​

3. REWARDS:

  • Stingers can be redeemed for rewards or discounts on future tattoo sessions or merch, exclusively at Sting Studio

  • Clients can check their Stinger points balance and redeem rewards by logging into our Loyalty Program page on our website, where further instruction is provided.

  • Points may be redeemed in full or in part, with any remaining points carried forward for future use.

4. ELIGIBILTY:

  • All clients receiving tattoo services at Sting Studio can enroll in our loyalty program.

  • Clients must provide accurate contact information to ensure points accumulation and redemption.

5. EXCLUSIONS:

  • Points cannot be earned or redeemed for any other products or services offered by Sting Studio or its partners that aren't part of the rewards list on the website.

  • Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.

 

6. PROGRAM CHANGES:

  • Sting Studio reserves the right to modify or terminate the loyalty program at any time, with or without prior notice.

  • Changes to the program, including adjustments to point earning or redemption rates, will be communicated to clients through our website, social media channels, or direct communication.

 

7. FRAUD AND ABUSE

  • Any misuse or abuse of the loyalty program, including fraudulent activities or attempts to manipulate point accumulation or redemption, may result in the suspension or termination of the client's participation in the program.

 

By participating in our loyalty program, clients agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined above. Sting Studio reserves the right to interpret and enforce these terms at its discretion.
