1. Deposits Are Non-Refundable:

All deposits made to secure a tattoo appointment at Sting Studio are non-refundable.
Deposits are collected to reserve time with our artists, and they are committed to preparing and dedicating their expertise to your tattoo.

2. Consent Agreement:

When booking an appointment with Sting Studio, clients are required to complete a consent form.
By signing this form, clients acknowledge and agree to the specific design and details discussed with their chosen artist. This agreement confirms their commitment to the tattoo being done as per the agreed-upon design.

3. No Refunds:

There are no refunds once a deposit has been paid and a tattoo appointment is booked.
This policy is in place to protect the time, expertise, and preparation invested by our artists.

4. Rescheduling:

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and clients may need to reschedule their appointments.
Clients are encouraged to contact us at least [48 hours] in advance if they need to reschedule. We will make every effort to accommodate rescheduling requests without the loss of the deposit.

5. Exceptional Circumstances:

In exceptional cases, such as artist unavailability or other unforeseen issues, Sting Studio may need to reschedule or cancel an appointment.
In such instances, clients will be rescheduled.
Refunds, if deemed appropriate, are subject to review by Sting Studio. The owner will inform the user of the decision.

It is crucial to thoroughly discuss your tattoo design, placement, and all relevant details with your chosen artist before booking an appointment.
